Eligibility & Approval

All advertisements submitted for display on the My Business Buddies (MBB) website shall be subject to prior review and approval by MBB’s editorial team. MBB reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement without assigning a reason.

One Advertisement for One distinct Business

Each sponsored advertisement shall represent only one business entity or category. If an individual owns or manages multiple businesses (for example, a toy business and a home décor business), a separate application and separate fee will be required for each distinct business or category.

Prohibited Advertisements

The following categories of advertisements are strictly not permitted on the MBB platform

• Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or Chain Referral schemes
• Political campaigns, messages, or endorsements
• Religious or faith-based promotions
• Anti-social, anti-community, or hate-oriented content
• Caste, creed, or community-based promotions
• Geo-political or divisive messaging
• Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
• Any content that violates public morality, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws

Advertisement Specifications

• Size: Square image dimensions using 1:1 aspect ratio, like 500 x 500 pixels (4x4 inches) for Sponsored Ads
• Quality: High-definition (HD)
• Format: JPEG or PNG only
• Design: The design file must be prepared and provided by the advertiser/brand owner.

Duration & Validity

Each approved Sponsored AD will remain active on the MBB website for 3/6/9/12 months & POP – UP Ads for 7 days to maximum 15 days as per your choice from the date of approval, unless withdrawn earlier due to policy violations.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full prior to the approval and display of the advertisement.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, non adjustable except in cases where MBB declines to display the ad after payment and before publication.

Visibility Placement

• Pop – Up Ads will appear instantly on home page whenever someone opens the website.
• Sponsored Ads will be displaced randomly on any of the MBB website pages in the designated “Sponsored Ads” section.
• MBB does not guarantee click-through rates or engagement metrics.

Display & Rotation System

Sponsored advertisements will appear in the designated ad spaces on the MBB website. The system is designed to automatically rotate and refresh ads randomly — meaning the displayed advertisement may change each time the website is refreshed or a new page is opened. This ensures fair and dynamic visibility for all advertisers.

• Request to modify
• Only the Sponsored Ad can be modified only once during the entire validity period.
• Modification in POP – Ads is not allowed.

Right to Remove or request to Modify

MBB reserves the right to remove, or request to modify or suspend any advertisement at any time if it is found to violate these terms, legal regulations, or community standards.

Liability Disclaimer

MBB shall not be responsible for the accuracy, claims, or content of the advertisements. The advertiser bears full responsibility for the authenticity and legality of the content.

Acknowledgement

By submitting an advertisement, the advertiser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
