The Platform is owned by MY BUSINESS BUDDIES CONNECT, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at P-3/78, Deen Dayal Puram, Bareilly, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our', ‘MBB’, ‘Organisation’).

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (‘Terms of Use’) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You become the member of this platform or transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, 'Services'). • You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
• These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly.

“MY BUSINESS BUDDIES” is a business referral platform for Businessowner, who can become member. Each member is responsible for their own financial transactions. Neither the organization nor any of its Directors / President / Secretary, employee or any member (buddy) does not guarantee any business to its fellow buddies. If you take a membership, these are the terms and conditions you will need to read and accept.

Use of Photos, Videos, Images of Members / Joining in WhatsApp groups

• “MY BUSINESS BUDDIES” can use / upload the Photos, video, images of the Members or logos of their Businesses, organization and any other content related to their business / profession on any social media platform (MBB Website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc) for the mutual promotion of Members and “MY BUSINESS BUDDIES” as well. The members will have no objection in this regard.

NO Refund Policy

Any fee paid for purchase of any membership of MBB or any fee paid for Brand promotion on MBB website or Brand promotion for any MBB event or any other payment done for support of MBB, all purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Unused services or products
• Scheduling conflicts or event cancellations not caused by us
• Errors made while making a purchase

By proceeding with a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Terms and conditions can be changed / amended any time.

Subject to Bareilly Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with any terms and conditions, it shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. No other court, forum, or jurisdiction shall have authority over matters pertaining to this.
