This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to My Business Buddies (MBB) for membership, advertisements, promotional placements, events sponsorship or events participation fee, or any other services offered through our website or associated platforms directly or indirectly. By making any payment to MBB, the user (“Member,” “Advertiser,” “Sponsorer”, “Supporter” or “Client”) acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to the terms stated herein.
1. Strict Non-Refundable Nature of Payments

All payments made to MBB are final, non transferable, non adjustable and non-refundable, without exception. This includes, but is not limited to:

Membership fees

Sponsored advertisement fees

Pop-up advertisement fees

Membership Renewal fees

Event participation or event sponsoring charges

Any additional optional services or contributions
2. No Refund Under Any Circumstances
Refunds shall not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after making the payment
- Non-participation, absence, or discontinuation by the member
- Failure to use or avail the purchased service
- Scheduling conflicts, personal commitments, or inability to attend meetings
- Errors or mistakes made while submitting payment
- Delays or inability to provide advertising creatives on time
- Disapproval or rejection of sponsored ads due to violation of MBB policies
- Termination, suspension, or cancellation of membership for policy violations
- Dissatisfaction with networking outcomes, business results, or personal expectations
- Website downtime or technical issues beyond our direct control
- Any request based on personal, financial, or business reasons
3. Responsibility for Compliance
Members and advertisers are solely responsible for:
- Reading and understanding all terms before making payment
- Ensuring accuracy of submitted information
- Ensuring that their ad content complies with MBB guidelines
- Submitting required creatives in the prescribed format and
timeline
- Failure to comply will not qualify for refund, compensation, credit, or extension.
4. Service Activation & Delivery
Payment does not guarantee immediate activation. Services (especially advertisements) may be subject to:
- Internal review
- Content approval
- Compliance checks
- Technical scheduling
- Rejection due to non-compliant content shall not entitle the applicant to a refund.
5. Voluntary Withdrawal or Non-Usage
If any member or advertiser voluntarily withdraws, remains inactive, or chooses not to avail the service, no refund or prorated adjustment will be issued.
6. Binding Acceptance
By proceeding with any payment to MBB, the user:
- Confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy;
- Waives any right to dispute or reverse the payment on any grounds;
- Acknowledges that the policy is fair, reasonable, and necessary for the proper functioning of MBB.
7. Policy Amendments
MBB reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be deemed effective immediately upon publication on the website.
